A little history about Custom Sheet Metal Of Delaware Inc.
- Bill Wilson started his sheet metal career at the age of 17, he specialized in layout, duct work and fittings. Through the years the company grew, it had been operating out of smaller facilities, so he decided to relocate and moved it to our current location and opened Custom Sheet Metal of DE, Inc. With the ever growing need for custom metal work the business evolved to include all aspects of metal fabrication. By using the foundation that Bill Wilson started, we developed and improved our skills to become the innovative fabrication company that we are today.

Bill Wilson Founder of Custom Sheet Metal Of DE
Bill started his career at one of the oldest sheet metal companies in delaware. This is where he became one of the first people to complete the sheet metal apprenticeship program. From there he climbed his way up to head the sheet metal department at Hercules Research Center which at the time was the second largest chemical company in the state. During his time at Hercules he opened the doors to Custom Sheet Metal of DE.

Buddy Johnson
Buddy, Bill's grandson grew up around custom sheet metal. He spent time in the summer learning the tricks of the trade from all the old timers. He is now head estimator and in charge of the daily operations, making sure all jobs run smoothly.

Ron Faulkner
Ron started his career becoming a certified mason. One winter day he came to Custom Sheet Metal and was offered the opportunity to express himself through his ideas and creations. He decided it was time to make a career change and has absorbed many years of training in a short amount of time.

Terry, is Bill's daughter and has been around the business for most of her life. As a child, she would go out on jobs with her father and is not afraid to get her hands dirty. Since retiring from teaching, she now handles all the paperwork and office duties.
